Collaizer 3.0 - Help

File locations

Default installation location for the application:

  • 32bit Vista/Windows 7/8/10 systems: C:\Program Files\APP\Collaizer
  • 64bit Vista/Windows 7/8/10 systems: C:\Program Files (x86)\APP\Collaizer

Vista/Windows 7/8/10 systems: Default location for the projects, libraries and artwork:

  • All data is found here: C:\Users\Public\Documents\APP\Collaizer
  • Subfolders:
    • \Data to store all the artwork data: \Artwork (.png), \Backgrounds (.jpg), \Frames (.png) and \Shapes (.jpg) 
    • \Libraries to store the user libraries (.lst files)
    • \projects to store the user projects (.psd and .xml files)

The data folder also has one configuration file ('Collaizer.ini'). Although this file can be edited in e.g. Notepad, it's not encouraged. It may lead to errors and resets to default values.

At uninstall all the installed files are removed from the system (no registry data is used, it remains untouched), but the user created files in the data folders remain untouched. After uninstall some of the above folders will therefore still be available, and need to be manually removed by the user.
